VibeBuddy collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries and understand how our website is used.

Information you submit

When you use our enquiry form, we receive the name, contact details, event date, event type, service interest and notes you choose to provide. Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to hello@vibebuddy.sg. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and prepare a relevant quotation.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand website traffic and measure whether our advertising results in enquiries. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers. We do not intentionally send form contents or other personally identifiable information to Google Analytics or Google Ads.

Retention and sharing

Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services and meet business or legal requirements. We do not sell personal information.
